Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page explains how you may exercise applicable rights to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information and certain uses of personal information for targeted advertising.

Your Choice: You may request to opt out of applicable sales, sharing, or targeted advertising activities.

Online Preference Control: Use the data-sharing opt-out control presented on this page or through the AlignFlex privacy settings when available.

Email Requests: support@alignflex.co

Privacy Policy: Review the AlignFlex Privacy Policy

 1. Your Right to Opt Out

Certain United States privacy laws give eligible consumers the right to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information or not to use it for certain targeted advertising activities.

The meaning of “sell,” “share,” and “targeted advertising” varies by jurisdiction. These terms may include certain transfers of personal information to advertising or analytics providers, even when personal information is not exchanged directly for monetary payment.

You may submit an opt-out request whether or not you are certain that a particular activity applies to your information. AlignFlex will process the request according to applicable law and the website technologies in use.

 2. What “Sell” and “Share” May Mean

Under some privacy laws, a sale may include transferring or making personal information available to another organization for money or other valuable consideration.

Sharing may include disclosing personal information to another organization for cross-context behavioral advertising or similar advertising purposes.

Targeted advertising may include displaying advertisements selected using information about a person’s activity across different websites, services, applications, or businesses.

Important: These legal definitions may be broader than the ordinary meaning of selling personal information for money.

3. Information That May Be Involved

Depending on the website features, privacy settings, consent choices, and service providers in use, advertising or analytics activities may involve limited categories of personal information.

Online Identifiers: Cookie identifiers, device identifiers, session identifiers, IP addresses, and similar technical identifiers.

Internet Activity: Pages viewed, products viewed, website interactions, search activity, cart activity, checkout events, and purchase events.

Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, language, and general technical information.

Approximate Location: General geographic information inferred from an IP address.

Advertising Information: Referring source, campaign identifiers, advertisement interactions, conversion information, and audience-related data.

Commercial Information: Product interests, products viewed or purchased, and related shopping activity.

The categories actually processed depend on the technologies active when you use the AlignFlex website.

4. Submit an Opt-Out Request

Manage Your Data-Sharing Preferences

Use the interactive opt-out control displayed on this page or through the AlignFlex privacy settings.

If an interactive control is not displayed or you need assistance, email support@alignflex.co with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share Request.

When submitting a request by email, provide enough information for us to understand and process the request.

Email Address: Provide the email address associated with your account, order, or website interaction, when applicable.

Request: Clearly state that you want to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activities.

Location: You may provide your state of residence so we can identify the rights that may apply to your request.

Security Notice: Do not send payment-card numbers, account passwords, Social Security numbers, government identification documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information with your request.

5. Browser-Based Opt-Out Signals

Some browsers and browser extensions can send an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control.

Where required by applicable law and supported by our website technologies, AlignFlex will process a recognized opt-out preference signal as a request to opt out for the browser or device sending the signal.

A browser-based signal generally applies only to the browser and device from which it is sent. It may not automatically apply to another browser, device, or identifiable customer account.

You may need to enable the signal separately on each browser or device you use.

6. Scope of Your Opt-Out Choice

An opt-out selection made through a website privacy control generally applies to the browser and device used to make the selection.

Your choice may be stored through a cookie or similar preference technology. If you clear browser data, delete cookies, use private browsing, change browsers, or use another device, the saved preference may no longer be available.

You may need to submit the preference again when using a different browser or device.

Where supported and legally required, an identifiable request submitted by email may also be applied to information reasonably linked to the verified email address or customer record.

7. What Happens After You Opt Out

After a valid opt-out request is received and processed, AlignFlex will take reasonable steps to stop applicable sales, sharing, or targeted advertising activities covered by the request.

Processing an opt-out request does not necessarily remove information that was lawfully processed before the request, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

An opt-out request does not automatically delete your personal information. To request deletion, access, or correction, follow the privacy-request instructions in our Privacy Policy .

After opting out, you may continue to see advertisements. Those advertisements may be contextual, general, or based on information that is not covered by the opt-out request.

8. Activities Not Prevented by an Opt-Out

An opt-out request does not prevent AlignFlex from processing or disclosing personal information when reasonably necessary to provide requested services or perform permitted business functions.

Processing and fulfilling customer orders.

Processing payments, refunds, returns, and warranty requests.

Providing shipping, tracking, delivery, and customer support.

Maintaining shopping-cart, checkout, account, and website functions.

Detecting fraud, unauthorized activity, abuse, and security threats.

Maintaining tax, accounting, transaction, dispute, and business records.

Complying with legal obligations and lawful government requests.

Establishing, exercising, or defending legal rights.

These activities are separate from advertising-related sales, sharing, or targeted advertising.

9. Request Verification

AlignFlex generally will not require more information than reasonably necessary to process an opt-out request.

Where verification is necessary to protect personal information or apply a request to an identifiable customer record, we may ask you to confirm information reasonably associated with your interaction with AlignFlex.

Depending on the request, this may include confirming your name, email address, telephone number, order number, or billing or shipping information.

Information provided for verification will be used only as permitted by applicable law and for purposes reasonably related to processing the request, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

10. Authorized Agents

Where permitted by applicable law, an authorized agent may submit an opt-out request on your behalf.

AlignFlex may request reasonable evidence that the agent has authority to act for you. We may also contact you directly to confirm the request, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

An authorized agent should email support@alignflex.co with the subject line Authorized Agent Privacy Request.

11. Personal Information of Minors

AlignFlex services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 years of age.

AlignFlex does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without any affirmative authorization required by applicable law.

If you believe personal information relating to a minor has been processed improperly, contact support@alignflex.co .

12. Non-Discrimination

AlignFlex will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercised an applicable privacy right.

Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful denial of goods or services, different pricing, a different level of service, or retaliation.

This does not prevent AlignFlex from offering a lawful program, promotion, or service difference that is permitted under applicable law and presented with any required notice.

13. Other Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights relating to your personal information.

These rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, information about processing, withdrawal of consent, or appeal of certain privacy-request decisions.

To exercise another privacy right, email support@alignflex.co with the subject line Privacy Request.
